Retail Sales Merchandiser – Full Time, Permanent
Based in Naas (with travel to retail locations)
Monday–Friday (Monday based in warehouse, Tuesday–Friday travelling to stores)

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in retail and merchandising – no prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

What the role involves:

  • Preparing, packaging, and distributing stock from the warehouse.

  • Stocking, rotating, and merchandising products on shelves, promotional areas, and seasonal displays.

  • Ensuring compliance with planograms and promotional layouts.

  • Monitoring stock levels and placing orders where required.

  • Working closely with store managers and staff to maximise product placement.

  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing presentation of products.

  • Travelling to assigned retail locations as per the weekly schedule.

What we’re looking for:

  • Full clean driving licence (must be over 25 to drive company van).

  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

  • No previous merchandising experience needed – full training provided.

Junior Sales Executive

Are you a driven, client-focused individual with a passion for design and commercial interiors? My Dublin-based client seeks a dynamic Junior Sales Executive to join their team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will work across the Commercial, Build-to-Rent (BTR), and Hospitality sectors. As the key point of contact between clients, architects, and the business, you will be instrumental in coordinating each project from initial brief through to final sign-off, all while developing your own client base and contributing to the company’s growth. Your core duties will include, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Working on inbound opportunities within Commercial, BTR and Hospitality sectors.
  • Building your own client base.
  • Using your CRM system to manage leads.
  • Generate new business pipeline.
  • Product specification with the goal of working with practices on their individual fitout projects.
  • Supplier relationship management.
  • Working with the A&D community, construction companies, fund management companies etc.
  • Using design experience to introduce furniture fabric, wood, and sustainable finishes to clients.
  • The main coordinator of communication between the architect, client, and the Company.
  • Coordinating all resources and services required for each project.
  • Achieving final sign off on all your projects.
  • Relationship building within the A&D community and clients.
  • Achieve targets and ensure profitability is maximised.
  • Meeting clients in the company showroom and on-site.
  • Prepare tender documents.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and shareholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role in a sales, business development, or client-facing role (interiors, architecture, or construction experience an advantage)
  • A keen interest in furniture, fit-out, and design trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable preparing presentations and tender documents for clients and investors
  • Commercial awareness and ability to work to sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
  • Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
