My client is an award-winning producer of trees, plants, and shrubs, based in Caragh, Co. Kildare. They are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver to join their team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity for a permanent role after 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport and deliver large trees, plants, and shrubs to customers across Ireland.
  • Load and unload deliveries efficiently, ensuring goods arrive in perfect condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all orders are delivered correctly and on time.
  • Maintain delivery records and ensure compliance with all road safety regulations.
  • Assist in general nursery operations when required.

Requirements:

  • A full, clean driving license (C license desirable but not essential).
  • Previous experience in delivery driving, ideally in horticulture or a similar industry.
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting and work in outdoor conditions.
  • A strong work ethic, good time management, and attention to detail.

Warehouse Operative

Clark Recruitment are partnering with our Dublin-based Client in the recruitment of a Warehouse Operative. This is a 6-month contract position. The role provides an excellent opportunity to join a growing pharmaceutical company with an employee focused culture.  When you join our client's business, you will have a significant impact on the health and well-being of people across the globe.

The successful candidate performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and/or receiving duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, and other devices, as well as computers to maintain data. Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment. Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials; prepares records of materials shipped and bills of lading; routes materials to destinations. May lay out, fabricate, and assemble nonstandard shipping crates and boxes, and prepare parts and tooling for special shipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pack and ship products to customers and complete all associated paperwork.
  • Check orders prepared by others for shipment to customers: monitor for accuracy of lot numbers, quantities, certificate of analysis, and agreement between customer order and content of package.
  • Maintain documentation as required by FDA, company policy, and cGMP.
  • Assist with inventory control to prevent stock-out situations.
  • Clean and maintain work and storage areas and adhere to established safety procedures.
  • Remain proficient in all SOPs in areas of responsibility.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 1 – 2 years related experience, desirable.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be able to utilize a computer and have basic to advanced keyboarding skills.
