Mobile Mechanic – Roadside Assistance
Location: Nationwide, Republic of Ireland
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €45,000 base, OTE €50,000–€60,000 (including bonuses and overtime)
Overview
A leading roadside assistance company is seeking qualified Mobile Mechanics to join its team. The role involves carrying out roadside diagnostics and repairs, ensuring vehicles are made roadworthy or safely recovered. Suitable for experienced mechanics who can work independently and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicle faults at the roadside or customer locations.

Coordinate with the central operations team to deliver prompt and efficient assistance.

Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment to required standards.

Ensure all work meets safety and quality requirements.
Experience and Qualifications

QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Motor Mechanics or equivalent qualification.

Completed motor mechanic apprenticeship.

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.

Full, clean B driving licence (BE licence an advantage).

Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
