We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to support the scheduling and delivery of energy retrofit projects. This role involves planning and managing daily activities for multiple crews (up to 10 vehicles / 25 site staff), coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and baselines.

  • Plan and allocate labour, materials, vehicles, and equipment.

  • Track progress, identify critical path issues, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Liaise with surveyors, site managers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Manage ordering, logistics, and delivery of materials.

  • Use MS Project, Excel, and internal tools for scheduling and reporting.

  • Produce progress reports, forecasts, and risk updates.

  • Support change management by updating schedules and reallocating resources.

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.
