We are currently seeking a Concrete Worker to join a busy team operating across farms in the Kildare area. This is a hands-on, full-time permanent position, offering stable weekly hours and excellent earning potential.
Role Responsibilities:

Preparing groundworks and levelling surfaces.

Setting timber frameworks for concrete laying.
-
Mixing, pouring, setting, and finishing concrete to a high standard.

Working as part of a small, skilled team to deliver quality results.

Ensuring safe and efficient work practices are followed at all times.
Requirements:

Previous experience in concrete or construction work is essential.

Full driving licence and ability to travel to various sites in Kildare (occasional Wicklow work).

Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well as part of a team.

Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor environment.
What’s on Offer:

Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and organising stock for customer collections and scheduled deliveries

Loading and unloading stone products using a forklift

Assisting customers and delivery drivers in the yard

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard area

Manually handling heavy materials including stone slabs
Requirements:

Valid forklift licence

Manual Handling certificate

Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items safely

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Punctual, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team

About the Role:
My client is seeking a reliable and motivated Operative to assist in the repair and maintenance of metal roll cages used in the retail distribution sector. This hands-on role involves working with power tools to weld, repair, and refurbish roll cages to ensure they are safe and fit for purpose.
Full welding experience is not required — training will be provided — but you must have previous experience using power tools in a construction, manufacturing, or similar environment. As the role may involve working at multiple sites across Dublin, a full driving licence and access to transport are essential.
This is initially a temporary position, with the strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain metal roll cages using power tools and basic welding techniques
