Job Title: Transport Administrator
Location: Baldonnell, Dublin
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday (8am–5pm / 9am–6pm) + weekend rotation

Overview

My client is currently hiring a Transport Administrator to support their transport operations team. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up new customer accounts

  • Upload and manage jobs within transport systems

  • Prepare daily driver documentation

  • Handle incoming calls and customer queries

  • Schedule and reschedule deliveries as required

  • Update Proof of Deliveries (PODs)

  • Generate reports and provide admin support to management

  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in logistics/transport (preferred)

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines/KPIs

  • High attention to detail

  • Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
