Job Title: Transport Administrator
Location: Baldonnell, Dublin
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday (8am–5pm / 9am–6pm) + weekend rotation
Overview
My client is currently hiring a Transport Administrator to support their transport operations team. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in logistics.
Key Responsibilities

Set up new customer accounts

Upload and manage jobs within transport systems

Prepare daily driver documentation
-
Handle incoming calls and customer queries

Schedule and reschedule deliveries as required

Update Proof of Deliveries (PODs)

Generate reports and provide admin support to management

Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
-
Previous experience in logistics/transport (preferred)
-
Strong administrative and organisational skills
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines/KPIs
-
High attention to detail
-
Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
