Job Title: Temporary Administrative Support

Duration: Rolling week-to-week contract (expected 3 months)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Support to join our client’s Portlaoise office on a temporary basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain front-of-house and office administration experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact at reception, welcoming visitors and clients.

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

  • Process client payments both in person and over the phone.

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain office records.

  • Support the wider office team with general administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organisational ability with keen attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Previous administrative or reception experience desirable.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 09:00–17:00 (lunch: 13:00–13:45)

  • Friday: 09:00–16:45 (lunch: 13:00–13:45)
