About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Building Surveyor to conduct property surveys, provide technical assessments, and support business growth. This role combines surveying expertise with client engagement and project pricing, ensuring quality and compliance across residential projects.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed residential property surveys and prepare accurate technical reports.

Price site works and private projects using office-generated leads.

Maximise lead conversion and follow up promptly.

Coordinate workflow, update delegated tasks, and attend site meetings.

Liaise with subcontractors and internal operations teams.

Attend weekly management and sales meetings to report progress.

Maintain ISO and NSAI compliance and accurate documentation.

Contribute ideas for marketing and sales initiatives.

Maintain a professional image and adhere to company standards.
Requirements

Strong communication skills and self-motivation.

Knowledge of the building services or construction sector.

Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Full clean driving licence.
Desirable:
-
Previous experience in surveying or technical sales.

Familiarity with SEAI grants.

Strong organisational and time-management skills
