Social Media Content Creator
Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic marketing agency working with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries including fashion, tech, wellness, hospitality, finance and recruitment. We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can switch between brand voices with ease, and has a passion for storytelling through digital media.
Role Overview:
As a Social Media Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for producing engaging, platform-native content that drives results for multiple client accounts. You’ll work closely with strategy, design, and account management teams to execute creative ideas that align with each client’s goals and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and publish high-quality content (static posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, TikToks, etc.) tailored to different platforms and brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain content calendars for multiple clients.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Write compelling captions and micro-copy that reflect each brand’s unique voice.
- Monitor content performance and suggest optimisations based on data and insights.
- Stay up to date on platform trends, tools, and best practices, applying them creatively across client accounts.
- Participate in ideation sessions and contribute fresh, relevant ideas for both organic and paid content.
- Occasionally attend client shoots or manage content creation on-site.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in a social media content creation role, ideally within an agency or multi-brand environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content for different platforms and brand types.
- Ability to adapt tone, style, and visuals to suit various client industries.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, InShot, or similar).
- Strong copywriting skills for social media, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Confident using scheduling and analytics tools like Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills – able to manage multiple deadlines and content streams at once.
