Senior Administrator, Digital Marketing & CRM Executive

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to manage lead tracking, marketing communications, reporting, and general administrative support. You’ll act as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and management, ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and consistent customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

  • Manage incoming leads via Salesforce.

  • Qualify, accept, and assign leads to the sales team.

  • Track and update leads; prepare weekly lead reports for management.

  • Review building information reports; highlight key data.

  • Process bi-annual sales commission reports, ensuring accuracy.

Marketing & Communications

  • Coordinate social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

  • Promote machine deliveries, offers, and marketing campaigns.

  • Execute email campaigns via Mailchimp.

  • Participate in online presence reviews & SEO improvements.

  • Attend marketing meetings to support strategy.

Administrative Support

  • Manage customer renewals for Livelink JCB Telematics.

  • Update warranty systems with retail data.

  • Collect and submit machine demo reports.

  • Provide general admin support across departments.

  • Handle machine invoicing during staff absences.

Travel & Logistics Coordination

  • Research and book flights and accommodation for team members.

  • Coordinate logistics with external partners, including transfers and lodging.


Skills & Requirements

  • Strong organisational & multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office

  • Familiarity with social media platforms & basic content scheduling

  • Excellent written & verbal communication

  • Ability to coordinate across departments & external stakeholders

  • High attention to detail, especially in reporting & reconciliation


Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years in administrative, sales coordination, or marketing support roles

  • Experience in industrial, machinery, or construction industries is a plus
