Sales & Tendering Administrator

Our Client is a trusted Irish specialist in smoke ventilation and fire safety systems, based in County Kildare. Established in 1989, they have decades of experience delivering high-quality solutions that help keep buildings safer in the event of a fire. We are proud to partner with them in adding to their Sales & Tendering Division. This role is fully on-site, with on-site parking available. 

This role will start as a temporary position for circa 3 months, at which point a permanent contract will be offered. 

Duties of the role

  • Preparing Tender packages (Quotes, BoQ & Technical Submittals for large Commercial & Residential Contracts
  • Engaging with Architects, Quantity Surveyors & Main Contractors
  • Organising complete Operation & Maintenance Manuals for project Handover
  • General day to day office administration duties. Office support – phones, email etc.
  • Preparing Annual service contracts & quotes for issuing to clients
  • Ensure that the daily administration is maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Supporting the sales and management teams as required.
  • Dealing with Suppliers & carrier companies to arrange deliveries

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Min 2 year in a similar administration role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
  • Flexible approach and willing to offer support to the team when required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
