About the Role
We are seeking a Retrofit Project Coordinator to support the administration and coordination of home energy upgrade projects under SEAI-funded schemes, including the Warmer Homes Scheme. This role is ideal for early-career candidates interested in sustainability, energy efficiency, or construction.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end project coordination, scheduling, and documentation.

Support SEAI scheme applications and compliance processes.

Liaise with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Maintain accurate project records and prepare audit documentation.

Assist with reporting activities and progress updates.

Learn and apply retrofit standards and energy efficiency measures.
Requirements

Interest in sustainability, construction, or energy efficiency.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
