About the Role

We are seeking a Retrofit Project Coordinator to support the administration and coordination of home energy upgrade projects under SEAI-funded schemes, including the Warmer Homes Scheme. This role is ideal for early-career candidates interested in sustainability, energy efficiency, or construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end project coordination, scheduling, and documentation.

  • Support SEAI scheme applications and compliance processes.

  • Liaise with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Maintain accurate project records and prepare audit documentation.

  • Assist with reporting activities and progress updates.

  • Learn and apply retrofit standards and energy efficiency measures.

Requirements

  • Interest in sustainability, construction, or energy efficiency.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Desirable:

  • Administrative, construction, or technical support experience.

  • Familiarity with SEAI schemes.

  • Training or coursework in retrofit, sustainability, or building services.
