They are seeking a friendly and reliable Retail & Front Of House Assistant to support their busy hearing care clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and taking on a variety of tasks each day.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide exceptional front-of-house service
Handle appointments, customer queries, and general administration
Assist with product information, aftercare, and basic hearing aid support
Upselling products and accessories to customers
Maintain clinic presentation and manage stock
Support promotional activities, local events, and marketing initiatives
Work closely with the Business Development Manager on community outreach

Requirements

Full clean driving licence (essential)
Previous experience in retail or customer service.
Strong communication and organisational skills
Flexible availability for additional hours when needed
Professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
Willingness to travel to other Cork-based clinics for cover
