Your Role: Permanent Recruitment Partner
You’ll focus exclusively on permanent roles across key sectors. From taking detailed job briefs to managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns, you’ll be the trusted partner to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with top candidates

  • Conduct competency-based interviews and manage the full candidate journey

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions

  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and candidate market activity

  • Ensure accurate use of our Bullhorn CRM system and uphold high standards of service delivery
