About the Role:
Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Receptionist/Administrator to support the company owner and contribute to the smooth running of the office. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, a professional attitude, and experience in administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist with form completion and manage client documentation.
  • Scan, file, and shred documents as required.
  • Follow up on outstanding documents to ensure client files are complete.
  • Provide general administrative support to the company owner.
  • Maintain office organisation and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong initiative, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and welcoming demeanor.
