We are currently seeking an Office Administration Support professional to join our client’s team in the Kildare area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and looking to contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the office team.
  • Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle correspondence.
  • Prepare and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and records.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, diary management, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in a professional manner.
  • Support other ad hoc office duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office administration or support role desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
