We are currently seeking an Office Administration Support professional to join our client’s team in the Kildare area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and looking to contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office team.
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle correspondence.
- Prepare and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and records.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, diary management, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in a professional manner.
- Support other ad hoc office duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office administration or support role desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
