MIG Welder & Fabricator

Location: Dublin
Pay: €19.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm

We are currently recruiting an experienced MIG Welder and Fabricator for an initial 3-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to move into a longer-term or permanent role.
The role involves repairing Combis and Roll Cages used in the retail distribution sector. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong welding and fabrication experience who takes pride in quality work and safe practices.


Key Duties

  • MIG welding repairs on Combis and Roll Cages
  • Reading and following technical drawings
  • Assisting with fabrication and assembly work
  • Maintaining tools, equipment, and a safe work area
  • Adhering to all safety and quality procedures
  • Travelling to additional sites when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in MIG welding and fabrication
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and safe working practices
  • Reliable and able to work independently when required

Mandatory Certificates (Ireland)
The following certifications are required:

  • Manual Handling
  • MIG Welding Certificate (in date – renewed every 3 years)
  • Abrasive Wheels
  • Irish Safe Pass
