Full-Time Receptionist/Administrator

About the Role:
My client is a busy and well-established solicitor’s firm seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist / Administrator to join their team. This is a front-facing role ideal for someone who is organised, personable, and able to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing the front desk and welcoming clients
  • Booking appointments and managing calendars
  • Filing, scanning, and document management
  • Handling post, emails, and legal correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
  • Using case management systems (training provided)

Key Requirements:

  • Previous admin or reception experience (legal sector a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with IT systems
  • Professional, discreet, and client-focused
