About the Role:
My client is a busy and well-established solicitor’s firm seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist / Administrator to join their team. This is a front-facing role ideal for someone who is organised, personable, and able to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing the front desk and welcoming clients
- Booking appointments and managing calendars
- Filing, scanning, and document management
- Handling post, emails, and legal correspondence
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
- Using case management systems (training provided)
Key Requirements:
- Previous admin or reception experience (legal sector a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with IT systems
- Professional, discreet, and client-focused
