Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and directing calls or taking messages
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner
- Data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Ordering and restocking office supplies
- Supporting other staff with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
