Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and directing calls or taking messages
  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner
  • Data entry, filing, and maintaining records
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Ordering and restocking office supplies
  • Supporting other staff with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
