FP&A – Dublin
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded FP&A professional to step into a highly visible, influential role within a dynamic finance function. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in shaping strategic decision-making by leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across a complex, multi-entity business. This role offers genuine ownership, senior stakeholder exposure, and the chance to drive meaningful change through insight and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full financial planning cycle, including annual budgets, monthly reforecasts, and three- and five-year plans
Own and enhance financial models, ensuring they are robust, insightful, and aligned with business needs
Act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, providing timely analysis, commentary, and recommendations
Deliver monthly performance reviews, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting
Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and what-if modelling to support investment and strategic decisions
Support investment appraisals, capex planning, and cashflow forecasting
Drive improvements in systems, processes, and data integration to reduce manual intervention
Collaborate closely with Group FP&A and Accounting teams on reporting and ad-hoc projects

Desired Attributes

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent)
Proven experience in FP&A, with strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
Solid understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, and local GAAP
Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially astute
Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with broad business exposure
