FP&A – Dublin
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded FP&A professional to step into a highly visible, influential role within a dynamic finance function. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in shaping strategic decision-making by leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across a complex, multi-entity business. This role offers genuine ownership, senior stakeholder exposure, and the chance to drive meaningful change through insight and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full financial planning cycle, including annual budgets, monthly reforecasts, and three- and five-year plans
- Own and enhance financial models, ensuring they are robust, insightful, and aligned with business needs
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders, providing timely analysis, commentary, and recommendations
- Deliver monthly performance reviews, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting
- Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and what-if modelling to support investment and strategic decisions
- Support investment appraisals, capex planning, and cashflow forecasting
- Drive improvements in systems, processes, and data integration to reduce manual intervention
- Collaborate closely with Group FP&A and Accounting teams on reporting and ad-hoc projects
Desired Attributes
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in FP&A, with strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, and local GAAP
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially astute
- Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with broad business exposure
