What you will be doing:
- Managing the creditors ledger
- Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner
- Processing and organising invoices for timely payments
- Handling bank payment runs
- Ensuring month-end processes are completed accurately
- Providing general administrative support and data entry
- Answering queries from customers and suppliers
- Managing incoming calls and supporting the wider team
What you will need:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and general IT systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative while being a team player
