Executive Assistant to Joint CEOs
Executive Assistant to Joint CEOs
Dublin | On-site (Mon–Fri)
Full-time | Permanent
Our Client is a family-run Irish property development and investment company with a strong reputation for quality, integrity and long-term thinking. Based in Dublin, they develop and invest in standout commercial and mixed-use spaces across Ireland — and they do it properly.
They’re proud of their hands-on culture, their people-first approach, and the fact that everyone pitches in when needed.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Client’s two Joint CEOs. This is a trusted, high-impact role at the heart of the business — ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and being relied upon.
You’ll be the calm, organised presence that keeps everything running smoothly — from board meetings to diaries, from welcoming visitors to handling sensitive information with absolute discretion.
This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, and will suit someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit, professional team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-level EA support to both Joint CEOs
- Managing busy diaries, meetings, travel, and schedules
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating board meetings, preparing board packs, and liaising with board members
- Preparing reports, presentations, briefing notes and correspondence
- Supporting wider team administration when required
- Reception cover, including:
- Handling calls, post and couriers
- Preparing meeting rooms and presentations
- Welcoming guests and organising teas/coffees
- Managing expenses, documents, and filing systems
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and care
- Supporting ad-hoc projects and company events
This is a hands-on role — perfect for someone who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant EA experience supporting C-suite / senior executives in a large corporate or professional environment
- Highly organised, reliable and detail-focused
- Calm under pressure with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Warm, professional manner — someone people enjoy dealing with
- Discreet, trustworthy and respectful of confidentiality
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Flexible, punctual and committed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who fits naturally into a family-run business — approachable, grounded, and willing to get stuck in.
What We Offer
- A respected, stable Irish company with strong values
- Close working relationship with senior leadership
- Supportive, professional and down-to-earth culture
- Competitive salary
- Prime Dublin office location
