CRM Administrator – Part Time onsite
We are seeking a Part-Time CRM Administrator to support the day-to-day management of our CRM systems and assist across a range of marketing, campaign, event, and business development activities.
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to support multiple workstreams in a fast-paced agency environment. The successful candidate will also be comfortable engaging with prospective clients and supporting light business development activity over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client, prospect, and campaign data
- Manage data imports, exports, and segmentation for marketing campaigns
- Ensure data integrity, GDPR compliance, and consistent record-keeping
- Support reporting on campaign performance, leads, and pipeline activity
Campaign & Marketing Support
- Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Support email marketing campaigns, including list preparation and scheduling
- Work with the team to track leads, conversions, and campaign outcomes
Business Development Support
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce services and generate interest
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
- Qualify leads and update all interactions accurately within the CRM
- Support the team in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Schedule appointments or meetings for senior team members where appropriate
Events & PR Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of client events, launches, and activations
- Coordinate attendee lists, communications, and logistics
- Provide on-the-day support where required
General Administration
- Provide administrative support across the wider marketing team
- Assist with project coordination and timelines
- Support ad hoc tasks across campaigns, client work, and internal initiatives
Requirements
Experience
- Previous experience in a CRM, administrative, marketing support, or sales support role
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Experience in a customer-facing or phone-based role is an advantage
- Exposure to a marketing or agency environment is beneficial
Skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexibly

Working Arrangement
