We’re looking for a confident, motivated Contact Centre Agent to guide patients through their hearing care journey. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, keep clinic diaries full, and ensure every patient feels heard and supported.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver excellent patient care on all calls
  • Manage diary bookings and meet daily/weekly KPIs
  • Follow scripts, track outcomes, and maintain accurate records
  • Support team activities and training as needed

About You

  • Experienced in hitting KPIs (essential)
  • Strong telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume calls and diary systems
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
