Location: Naas, Co. Kildare
Reporting to: Commercial Manager
The Opportunity
This is a commercially focused role offering the chance to take ownership of key customer accounts while actively driving new business growth. You will play a central role in expanding market share, strengthening supplier relationships, and contributing to a broader growth strategy within a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver revenue and margin targets across a portfolio of key accounts

Grow and develop existing customer relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities

Proactively identify and secure new business through targeted market research and outreach

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders

Work cross-functionally with finance and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Track, analyse, and report on sales performance, contributing to weekly commercial reviews

Contribute to wider sales strategy and long-term business planning

Represent our client professionally in all customer and industry interactions

Support the execution of product and commercial strategies

Ensure full compliance with operational procedures and relevant food regulations

Travel as required, including international travel
What We’re Looking For
-
Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in account management or business development

Ability to manage and grow key accounts while identifying new revenue streams
-
Experience within food production or a related sector is advantageous
-
Third-level qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Agricultural Science, Business, or Marketing (preferred)

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
-
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Full driver’s licence and valid passport, with flexibility to travel
