Accounts Administrator (Part Time)
We are seeking a part-time Accounts Administrator for a stand-alone position within my clients organisation organisation. This role offers full training and a high level of autonomy, making it an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of finance and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Accounts Administrator
- Entry of invoices onto the company accounts system
- Reconciling monthly supplier statements
- Preparing month-end payments
- Processing of expenses
- Dealing with and resolution of supplier related queries
- Sending out of monthly statements
- Review and monitor of monthly aged debtors / creditors reports
- Manage company emails and forward to relevant persons
- Ensure company vehicles are up to date with tax, insurance etc
- Order any office stock as necessary
Skills required:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- IT literate
- Positive can-do attitude is essential and ability to work in a busy environment
- An analytical mind with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work on own and to use own initiative
- Ability to multi-task, focus and meet deadlines
- Good time management and organisational skills
