Accounts Administrator (Part Time)

We are seeking a part-time Accounts Administrator for a stand-alone position within my clients organisation organisation. This role offers full training and a high level of autonomy, making it an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of finance and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Accounts Administrator

  • Entry of invoices onto the company accounts system
  • Reconciling monthly supplier statements
  • Preparing month-end payments
  • Processing of expenses
  • Dealing with and resolution of supplier related queries
  • Sending out of monthly statements
  • Review and monitor of monthly aged debtors / creditors reports
  • Manage company emails and forward to relevant persons
  • Ensure company vehicles are up to date with tax, insurance etc
  • Order any office stock as necessary

Skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • IT literate
  • Positive can-do attitude is essential and ability to work in a busy environment
  • An analytical mind with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work on own and to use own initiative
  • Ability to multi-task, focus and meet deadlines
  • Good time management and organisational skills
