We are seeking an IT Security and Systems Administrator on behalf of our Naas based client. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the security and functionality of our IT systems, financial infrastructure, and customer obligations. Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Create and maintain IT security policies to safeguard our systems, financial infrastructure, and meet customer obligations.

  • Develop and enhance existing IT portals and shared resources to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.

  • Create and manage an up-to-date IT asset listing and provide monthly reports to the relevant companies.

  • Deploy IT cyber training to desk-based users, monitor their progress, and report on training effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) on various projects, such as in-house Power Apps "shared external" projects or Single Sign-On (SSO) projects.

  • Contribute to a team managing upgrade projects, including the Trax system.

  • Provide support to payroll resources as needed.

  • Act as the technical lead and proactively manage critical time and attendance systems.

  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects as directed.

  • Troubleshoot issues on the Core system as directed.

  • Oversee GDPR and fixed data projects related to the Core and TDS systems.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Ideally, a recognized Diploma in Information Technology/Systems or relevant work experience.

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in an IT environment.

  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with initiative.

  • A strong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities with a knack for informed decision-making.
