Your responsibilities will include: 
  • General day to day office administration 
  • Data Entry
  • Updating Annual contracts and quotations 
  • Updating tenders 
  • Scanning and filing documents 
  • Coordinating Engineer work schedules 
  • Managing both internal and external communications by phone and email
You will have: 
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
