Principal Responsibilities:
- Support all administrative activities of the General Manager.
- Managing client correspondence and highlighting any priority areas that require attention. Manage email inbox and inbound calls.
- Certain basic accounting tasks as requested.
- Assisting to co-ordinate relevant activities, events and meetings.
- Managing databases and filing systems for the General Manager.
- Co-ordinating the scheduling and materials for meetings.
- Providing high level secretarial support and planning to key internal and external meetings involving the General Manager, attending as needed. Support includes preparing reports, correspondence, briefing notes, presentation materials, producing minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are progressed.
- Supporting the administration requirements of other team members.
- Providing support as needed on new projects and initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience in a strong administration role.
- Ability to quickly adapt and hit the ground running.
- Strong attention to detail and co-ordination skills.
