We are currently recruiting a HR Administrator for our client located in Kill, Co. Kildare. The HR Administrator will support the HR Manager in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of HR-related activities across the Campus. This is an opportunity for a motivated and committed administrator to gain experience in the area of HR, working in a fast-paced environment building strong relationships and supporting the needs of our growing and diverse Campus.

Responsibilities in the Role will include:

  • Help to foster and maintain an environment of trust and positivity by engaging proactively with colleagues across the Campus
  • Carry out all activities aligned to our values of Sustainability, Commitment, Excellence and Friendliness
  • Support the creation of our Campus through efficient implementation of the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Manage the start-up process for new colleagues with the HRSSC, IT Service and Controlling
  • Respond to queries from colleagues quickly and efficiently in person, on email and via the People Solution platform
  • Assist with the co-ordination and administration of focus group activity and engagement initiatives
  • Carry out all administrative tasks accurately and efficiently ensuring consistency across the Campus
  • Ensure all documentation is collated and stored using the People Solution platform
  • Coordinate the internal administration of benefit programs, ensuring awareness and education on benefits available
  • Monitor and support the acknowledgement of service jubilees and milestones
  • Support the review and implementation of relevant HR policies and procedures
  • Proactively encourage continuous learning via promotion of the People Solution Learning and LinkedIn Learning platforms
  • Support the implementation of key initiatives aligned to our Strategy 2027+
  • Work in cross functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives across the Campus

    Experience & Skills Required

    • Strong organisation and administration skills with excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to process information and manage interactions with confidentiality and discretion
    • A confident communicator with the ability to develop and maintain lasting relationships with colleagues
    • A customer centric approach with a can-do attitude
    • Experience working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks effectively
    • Process driven and solution oriented
    • Ability to work independently and as a team player
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office
