With experience in reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments and the maintenance of the debtors and creditors ledgers, this would be the perfect role for someone looking for a new opportunity. Your core responsibilities are but, not limited to the below:

Core Duties:

  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
  • Process all financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process bank deposits
  • Reconcile financial statements
  • Processing and sending out of invoices
  • Management of the debtors ledger to ensure the timely payment of invoices
  • Ensure the timely resolution of queries
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
  • Submit reports in a timely manner and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Book accommodation, flights and ferries as required for project execution.
  • Ensure that you comply with all health and safety and other statutory regulations
  • Assist other staff members in planning, management and executions of major projects and service regimes
  • Undertake personal training and development as required
  • Any other task deemed necessary by management to complete your role

Desirable Skills / Attributes:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Proficient in MS Office + Sage
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail a must
  • Ability to work independently as well a part of a team
  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Organised, methodical and thorough in all work
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
