We are partnering with our client, a globally operating process and laboratory instrumentation and automation supplier, to recruit for a HR Service Administrator. Reporting to the Head of HR SSC your duties will include but are not limited to the following:


  • Manage administrative processes in line with defined scope of HR SSC for the EMEA region, and agreed corporate or business policies and procedures (e.g. hire employees onto HRIS system, manage workflows, support organizational changes)
  • Act as first point of contact for Employees, Managers and HR for inquiries related to HR data maintenance
  • Administer HR data change and solve general questions concerning Employee data
  • Co-ordinate expert resources and escalate as required to respective tiers
  • Identify training needs and coach HR Generalists in specific process areas
  • Support ongoing projects such as additional HRIS system deployments
  • Workforce analytical reporting


  • Educated to degree level in HR, Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a core HR function, customer service or shared services environment
  • Experience working in a HR team within an SSC setting is desirable
  • Excellent IT Skills with experience in working with HRIS systems and Employee Master Data
  • Highly organised with a strong consultative approach
  • Effective communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with a critical and objective approach
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy rate
  • Fluent English, with a preference for a second language (German, Italian, Russian or French)
