We are partnering with our client to recruit a Program Coordinator to support their European Team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for working with the company team on projects that are in receipt of funding for Irish and European institutions and on customer projects. The role also includes support for the business administration of the European business. The work includes but is not limited to:

Responsibilities

· Setting up the Program structures for tracking project deliverables, tracking budgets and expenditure, and capturing risks and issues

· Administration of European business including, budgeting, bank administration, insurance administration and other general management activities

· General support of commercial projects throughout Europe

· Preparing and submitting financial reports and progress reports for internal and external audiences

· Working with other collaborators to extract and disseminate the project findings and present these at workshops, seminars, conferences and other public events

· Working with our teams to identify new opportunities to participate in R&D funded projects at a European level, and developing these through the application process

· Supporting our teams in completing tender, contractual and other documents for new projects

· Support the team tracking and delivering customer facing documents and coordinating work Programs with customers

Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports as required to internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant technical area

· Successful track record in delivering multi-faceted Programs

· Strong commercial, financial skills commensurate with delivery of projects

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work to work collaboratively in teams and with internal and external technical stakeholders

· Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and build trusted and mutually rewarding business relationships

· Innovative and creative problem solving skills

· Ability to travel in Europe and to Global Headquarters based in San Francisco as required

· Self-motivated and willing to take initiative

· Professional fluency in written and spoken English

Desired Skills and Experience

· Native/bilingual fluency in European language[s] other than English

· Experience supporting sales efforts, with a preference for individuals who interact directly with customers

· Knowledge of the power system sector

· Experience managing projects that are in receipt of funding from Irish and/or European institutions.

· Track record successfully applying for grants and funds for projects

· Experience in developing Cost Benefit Analysis in support of projects

Location

  • This position will be based out of our Dublin, Ireland office with the expectation that team members may work from home as needed or as agreed upon.
