Our client based in Meath are a multinational who are recruiting a Customer Care Support Coordinator to join their team.
This important position is responsible for ensuring the timely & accurate receipt of customer orders, whilst ensuring any specific requirements are met with complete follow through to despatch.
The person supports & works closely with our Commercial team, Market Agents & supporting Supply Chain personnel, along with having a direct communications to the customer to offer the best available service possible. Working hours are 8am-4pm.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
• Minimum Leaving Cert qualification. Third level qualification would be advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years experience working in a busy customer or sales support administration role.
• To have very good IT & problem solving skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint), ERP system knowledge is also an advantage.
• Be able to work as part of a team and independently without supervision.
• To have very good communications skills, both written & verbal & ability to work under pressure.
• To interact with all customers & fellow work colleagues on a professional & dignified basis.
• To be able to speak German would be considered an added advantage.
