My Co Kildare based client is seeking an AR Specialist. The successful individual will take full ownership of the company’s accounts receivable function, managing customer invoicing, payments, and collections while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role ensures timely cash flow, accurate record-keeping, and professional communication with all clients.

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables:

• Manage all incoming payments and customer invoicing.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of AR accounts across all entities (UK, Ireland, Solar).
• Implement automated billing and follow-up processes to reduce late payments.
• Collect retention and maintain a fully up-to-date debtor ledger.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to support smooth payment cycles.
• Produce monthly AR aging reports for all companies.
• Handover documents & FIRAS
