Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior HR Operations Manager to support business leaders in implementing key project areas, especially in change management.
- Ensure team and role structures align with strategic objectives across the organisation.
- Establish key milestones, KPIs, and timelines for projects, clarifying roles and expectations for people managers.
- Promote IT integration in HR Service Delivery and Change Management for enhanced service optimisation.
- Coach line managers in team building and performance management through positive communication.
- Provide expert guidance on employee experience and various HR matters.
- Oversee all Employee Relations matters in line with organisational strategy.
- Grow agendas for internal communication and staff well-being initiatives.
- Foster a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Develop a sustainable succession plan aligning resources with long-term objectives.
- Enhance performance management through regular constructive conversations.
- Cultivate a seamless 'end to end' service culture, implementing process improvements.
- Review and challenge HR processes for best practices.
- Lead annual benchmarking reviews, including payroll and pension administration.
- Collaborate on monthly reporting metrics with Senior Management, supporting evidence-based people management.
Desired Qualification and Attributes:
- Degree-educated and CIPD qualified, showcasing robust HR experience.
- 5-8 years' HR Operations experience, including team management.
- Proven strategic and operational HR management mindset.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR domains.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented with adept problem-solving abilities.
- Effective influencing, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
- Change management and learning & development expertise.
- Experience with employee representatives and trade unions.
