My Kildare-based client seeks an HR Manager. Reporting to the Senior HR Operations Manager, this role supports HR agenda delivery, balancing projects and routine tasks. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional, skilled in leading HR policy, systems, employee relations, resource planning, talent acquisition, business partnering, and employee engagement. They possess strategic vision, hands-on capability, and navigate ambiguity effectively. CIPD qualified, they demonstrate a proven track record in strategic and operational HR management across sectors, specialising in reward, recognition, employee engagement, learning & development, and organisation design.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Senior HR Operations Manager to support business leaders in implementing key project areas, especially in change management.
  • Ensure team and role structures align with strategic objectives across the organisation.
  • Establish key milestones, KPIs, and timelines for projects, clarifying roles and expectations for people managers.
  • Promote IT integration in HR Service Delivery and Change Management for enhanced service optimisation.
  • Coach line managers in team building and performance management through positive communication.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee experience and various HR matters.
  • Oversee all Employee Relations matters in line with organisational strategy.
  • Grow agendas for internal communication and staff well-being initiatives.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Develop a sustainable succession plan aligning resources with long-term objectives.
  • Enhance performance management through regular constructive conversations.
  • Cultivate a seamless 'end to end' service culture, implementing process improvements.
  • Review and challenge HR processes for best practices.
  • Lead annual benchmarking reviews, including payroll and pension administration.
  • Collaborate on monthly reporting metrics with Senior Management, supporting evidence-based people management.

Desired Qualification and Attributes:
  • Degree-educated and CIPD qualified, showcasing robust HR experience.
  • 5-8 years' HR Operations experience, including team management.
  • Proven strategic and operational HR management mindset.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR domains.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented with adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective influencing, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
  • Change management and learning & development expertise.
  • Experience with employee representatives and trade unions.
  • Organisational and project management proficiency.
  • Prioritisation, multitasking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
