Role: IT Administrator
Location: Dundrum, Dublin

Overview:
As an IT Administrator,  you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems. You will work closely with the Head of IT to maintain and optimize our technology stack, supporting our internal operations and contributing to the success of our projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain internal systems, applications, and tools using coding languages such as HTML, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
  • Manage and administer our domain controller, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across our network.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and support ongoing projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, providing support to end-users and addressing system-related challenges.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within our IT infrastructure and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices to safeguard our data and systems against potential threats.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar IT Administrator or related role.
  • Proficiency in coding languages including HTML, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of domain controller administration and network management principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams, collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
