My client, situated in Dublin 2, seeks an Office Manager/Book-Keeper. They desire a self-motivated, conscientious individual with a positive attitude, strong initiative, and eagerness to advance their career. In this role, you will oversee the efficient functioning of the Head Office, providing support to Senior Management.

Main Duties:

  • Accounts payable.
  • Creditor management.
  • Cash flow administration.
  • Making Journal entries.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Complete VAT returns.
  • Processing purchase orders, supplier invoices & dealing with supplier queries.
  • Generating weekly business performance Reports
  • Payroll processing & management for up to 80 staff.
  • HR admin, keeping employee records up to date including holidays and sickness etc…
  • Keep H&S policies updated and liaise with management to ensure records are up to date.
Supporting Senior Management/Head Office
  • Arranging & setting up meetings.
  • Clerical duties, such as managing post, organising supplies & food.
  • Recording minutes of meetings.
  • Manage third party contracts.
  • GDPR compliance within the office including file management.
  • Manage processing of expenses.
  • Occasionally receiving visitors & providing tea’s/coffee.
  • Other ad hoc duties.
  • IATI Qualified or experience in a similar position.
  • Flexible attitude to work
  • Able to work under own initiative.
  • Excellent time management
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong MS office skills (Excel / Outlook / Word)
  • Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage.
  • Experience using Payroll/Time & Attendance packages.
