My client, situated in Dublin 2, seeks an Office Manager/Book-Keeper. They desire a self-motivated, conscientious individual with a positive attitude, strong initiative, and eagerness to advance their career. In this role, you will oversee the efficient functioning of the Head Office, providing support to Senior Management.
Main Duties:
Financial
- Accounts payable.
- Creditor management.
- Cash flow administration.
- Making Journal entries.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Complete VAT returns.
- Processing purchase orders, supplier invoices & dealing with supplier queries.
- Generating weekly business performance Reports
- Payroll processing & management for up to 80 staff.
- HR admin, keeping employee records up to date including holidays and sickness etc…
- Keep H&S policies updated and liaise with management to ensure records are up to date.
- Arranging & setting up meetings.
- Clerical duties, such as managing post, organising supplies & food.
- Recording minutes of meetings.
- Manage third party contracts.
- GDPR compliance within the office including file management.
- Manage processing of expenses.
- Occasionally receiving visitors & providing tea’s/coffee.
- Other ad hoc duties.
- IATI Qualified or experience in a similar position.
- Flexible attitude to work
- Able to work under own initiative.
- Excellent time management
- Good communication skills
- Strong MS office skills (Excel / Outlook / Word)
- Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage.
- Experience using Payroll/Time & Attendance packages.
