Position: Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our esteemed non-profit organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee various digital marketing activities including organic and paid search, social media management, digital promotions, website administration, video production, email marketing, and graphic design projects. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will play  crucial role in driving impactful digital user experiences and enhancing our organization's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company website, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms, ensuring engaging content and optimizing user journeys.
  • Develop high-quality content including static and motion graphics to support marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, focusing on lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and analyze channel performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Generate comprehensive web reports on donations, traffic, and leads to inform stakeholders across departments.
  • Assist in budgeting processes, particularly concerning digital spend and ROI evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing and data analysis experience, with proficiency in website tracking and management.
  • Expertise in paid advertising platforms including Google Ads, SEM, Facebook Ads, and YouTube.
  • Familiarity with direct marketing campaigns and email marketing tools such as MailChimp.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like HootSuite and Buffer.
  • Desirable skills include project management, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and knowledge of image and video editing software.
  • Understanding of the not-for-profit sector is a plus.
