At Clark we are delighted to be recruiting for a Grade III Clerical Officer based in Naas, Co. Kildare
This is for an initial 3 month contract
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Ensure the effective organisation of all administration tasks.
- Management of filing system and accurate up-keep of employee records.
- Managing inbound call and emails
- Support the Team with other adhoc admin tasks as required.
- Experience working in an administration role.
- Excellent administration and IT skills with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A team player with a collaborative approach to working with others.
