At Clark we are delighted to be recruiting for a Grade III Clerical Officer based in Naas,  Co. Kildare
This is for an initial 3 month contract  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Ensure the effective organisation of all administration tasks.
  • Management of filing system and accurate up-keep of employee records.
  • Managing inbound call and emails
  • Support the Team with other adhoc admin tasks as required.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
  • Experience working in an administration role.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with a collaborative approach to working with others.
