Responsibilities
- Attend meetings and accurately record minutes. Ensure that all discussions, decisions, and action items are captured. Distribute minutes promptly to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents. Ensure documents are easily accessible and properly stored.
- Act as a liaison between departments, disseminating information effectively and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Accurately input and update data into relevant systems and databases.
- Assist with coordinating tasks and projects as directed by management. Follow up on pending actions to ensure timely completion.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Team player with effective collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistency.
- Experience in SAP B1 is an advantage.
