Legal Secretary
My client, a long established General Practice Law Firm,  is looking for an experience Legal Secretary to join their firm. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a close-knit team and a chance to develop and enhance upon your current skill set. With the ability to work on your own initiative, you will have the ability to multi-task whilst also prioritising your workload. Your core duties will include but, are not limited to :

  • Dictaphone typing
  • Filing
  • Photocopying
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Providing reception cover from time to time - when receptionist is not in the office
  • Court attendance on barrister’s or lodging court papers

Desired Skills:
  • At least 3 years experience in a legal firm
  • Litigation experience an advantage
  • Organised, professional and conscientious
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge of the MS Package
  • Excellent audio – typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with written communication
