Due to ongoing expansion, our Kildare-based client seeks an experienced Administrator with expertise in handling grant applications. As a vital member of the finance team, you will oversee the entire grants process, from receiving and assessing proposals to tracking and documenting all inquiries. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, your core responsibilities include:

Core Duties:
• Actively pursuing grant opportunities aligned with the company's development strategies, staying updated on eligibility criteria, deadlines, budgets, and application processes.
• Collaborating closely with local teams to complete the application process, ensuring adherence to funding agency requirements and inclusion of all necessary data, documents, and supporting materials.
• Following up to ensure timely submission of reimbursement requests in compliance with all requirements, escalating when necessary to meet deadlines.
• Developing and managing a process to track and report on reimbursement submissions and payments, coordinating with the Finance team to ensure proper crediting to cost centers.
• Providing comprehensive reports on submissions and payments.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with funding agencies to troubleshoot problems, enhance future grant opportunities, and position the company favorably.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in grant and/or administration or related fields.
• Finance background is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in building relationships with key stakeholders and working collaboratively.
• Excellent written and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to ensure all grant activities comply with governmental regulations and company policies.
• Strong organisational, budgeting, and monitoring skills.
