Responsibilities:
  • Assisting management with the maintenance of vehicles and plant using our internal plant system & various other systems.
  • Be responsible for taxing fleet vehicles
  • Ensuring CVRT testing is kept up to date and organising same
  • Work with workshop mechanics re organising service of vehicles
  • Maintaining all company fleet and maintenance files
  • Receipt dockets / invoices for goods received for department.
  • Creating purchase orders as required for goods required
  • Populating department po’s as required through our internal system
  • Assisting hire team with PO’s and processing invoices
  • Assisting team members in administrative duties as and when required.
  • Providing support and cover to team members when needed
  • General ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a maintenance/ workshop service advisor role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High level sense of urgency with ability to prioritize work load.
  • Must be a highly motivated, professional, and enthusiastic individual.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, teams, Outlook
