Clark affords a qualified Legal Assistant the opportunity to join our client’s organisation on an initial 3-month contract.  As a Legal Assistant, you will assist the Legal Team with the management of contractual documentation, bank relationships, and other legal documents and projects as they arise. You will also provide support for other departments in the Business on any legal related issues.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support at all times.
  • Assist with queries from other teams and support the Leasing, Retail, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams.
  • Maintain a filing and archive system for all legal documents to include central projects.
  • Manage signature request forms and sign-off procedures.
  • Draft contracts for Business events, such as event licences, entertainment / performer agreements and assist with new supplier forms.
  • Assist in the insurance coverage for the business and its Brands.
  • Provide support for the Marketing Team on events, contracts, and retail activities.
  • Draft legal correspondence and notices to licensees.
  • Manage applications for administrative applications and legal relationships with public entities.
  • Attend Compliance meetings, prepare and follow up on any related legal issues.

About You:
  • Experience in supporting and coordinating projects, liaising with multiple stakeholders and providing a comprehensive administrative service.
  • Previous legal assist/secretary  experienced require
  • Computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise your work to meet tight and multiple deadlines.
  • Capable of performing in a fast-paced, dynamic and professional environment.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
