Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers, address inquiries, provide product information, and guide them through the sales process.
- Initiate outbound calls to existing customers to promote products, upsell, and share market information/updates.
- Assist customers in placing orders over the phone, ensuring accuracy and adherence to sales policies.
- Process sales orders promptly and follow up to confirm order details.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the ERP system.
- Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to communicate with customers effectively.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries.
- Generate and maintain reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and sales performance. Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in SAP B1 is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with effective collaboration skills.
- Experience in Mail Chimp or other email marketing tools a distinct advantage.
