International Coaching Week. The value of reciprocal coaching.
As its International Coaching Week and as a way of illustrating the value of coaching here is a short conversation between myself and Kieran Murphy where we talk about our Reciprocal Coaching arrangement- where two coaches coach each other.
We talk about the value of carving out personal space in a coaching environment for reflection and refocusing. Over the last 16 months we met every 3-4 weeks to coach each other, providing that space to be listened to in a very supportive and encouraging way.
It has proven to be really valuable for me both professionally and personally, so thank you Kieran.
