Due to rapid growth, they are hiring 3 Customer Service Representatives to join their expanding team.


About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, partner sites, and internal teams.
You’ll provide frontline support, helping resolve a wide range of queries while delivering an excellent customer experience.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Log tickets and maintain accurate records for reporting and auditing
  • Support Business Development teams with store requests and complaints
  • Stay calm and professional when handling challenging situations
  • Share feedback to improve processes and customer experience
  • Monitor performance and contribute to reporting

Requirements

  • Leaving Certificate (required)

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8-hour shifts between 08:00 – 19:00
  • Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00 (rotational basis)
