As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk while delivering a seamless and welcoming experience to a high-end clientele.
Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist all visitors, maintaining a professional and polished front-of-house presence
  • Manage incoming calls, transferring efficiently and taking accurate messages
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard
  • Handle email correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
