Overview

My client is seeking a driven and organised Transport Manager to lead and coordinate transport operations across Ireland and the UK. This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and assign deliveries across Ireland and the UK
Manage linehauls and transport schedules
Oversee day-to-day transport operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with hauliers and customers
Collaborate with Sales, Customs, and Customer Service teams
Monitor performance and ensure service excellence
Maintain accurate reporting and delivery records
Resolve operational challenges efficiently

Requirements

2–3 years’ experience in a similar transport/logistics role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Experience managing drivers (multi-drop experience preferred)
Excellent knowledge of Ireland and UK geography
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Full clean Category B driving licence
Flexibility to work rotational shifts (Mon–Sat)
