Job Title: Marketing & Digital Specialist
Location: Swords, Dublin Hybrid (2 days work from home)
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and independent Marketing & Digital Specialist to support our brand development and digital presence. This role will focus on social media management, website updates, sales support, and initiatives that enhance the growth of our brand with both customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital & Social Media: Create, manage, and schedule social media content; ensure updates reflect business developments.
  • Website Management: Maintain and update the company website in alignment with group marketing and branding guidelines.
  • Brand Development: Support initiatives to strengthen and grow the company’s brand identity.
  • Sales Support: Develop branding materials, presentations, and other sales support collateral.
  • Customer & Staff Engagement: Lead initiatives to enhance brand engagement and growth with customers and employees.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor and manage Trustpilot performance and other online reviews.
  • Proactive Contribution: Work independently to identify opportunities for marketing initiatives and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of website management and branding guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on brand growth and engagement.
